With roots in practice, education, and professional leadership and service, Dr. Canale has had significant influence on the future of education and advanced nursing practice in the State of Florida. She continues to write curriculum that stays ahead of practice requirements, mentors doctoral projects that produce meaningful healthcare systems changes, and endeavors to remove practice barriers by leveraging market demand to advance RRNA training in every affiliated clinical site. Her goal is to mentor future leaders who are inspired and well-prepared to become educators, advocates, leaders, and dedicated servants to the nurse anesthesiology profession.
